Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting [email protected].

Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Refunds

All fees are non-refundable, including partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account.

In certain cases, at our discretion, we may provide a refund or credit.
